Inkubace prob\u00edhala <strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1444\">4 hodiny p\u0159i 37 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo<\/strong>: pH 6.0 + pankreatick\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va (enzymy na tr\u00e1ven\u00ed tuk\u016f a cukr\u016f). pH se upravilo na <strong data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1604\">6,0<\/strong> pomoc\u00ed <strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1623\">NaHCO\u2083<\/strong>. P\u0159idal se <strong data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1676\">10 mL pankreaticko-st\u0159evn\u00ed extrakt<\/strong>, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se napodobilo prost\u0159ed\u00ed tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva. \u010c\u00e1st2: pH se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo na <strong data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1806\">7,4<\/strong> (b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pH v tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b). Tento krok trval <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1867\">2 hodiny<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo<\/strong>: pH 8.0 + anaerobn\u00ed podm\u00ednky (bez kysl\u00edku, jako ve skute\u010dn\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b). pH se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo na <strong data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1943\">8,0<\/strong>.
